If you would like to sign up as a participant for the games, and receive an event t-shirt and medal for your participation, you can do so by clicking here. All participants will be entered to win a one-of-a-kind painting that will be painted live by Wetumka Artist, Brandon Bray.

Seminole State College - Cook's Commons

9 AM-2 PM

ITINERARY: 

  • 8:30 AM Check-In Opens

  • 9:00 AM Opening Ceremony

  • 9:30 AM Games Begin

  • 12:00 PM Luncheon Begins

  • 12:30 PM Awards Ceremony

  • 1:30 PM Closing Ceremony 

  • 2:00 PM Event Ends

GAMES: 

  • Tug-Of-War

  • Egg & Spoon Relay

  • Walk-The-Pond & Scavenger Hunt

  • Three-Legged Race

  • Long Jump

  • Limbo

  • Wheelbarrow Race

  • Ring Toss 

Games can be joined as they occur - you do not have to register for specific games. 

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

All registered participants will receive a FREE event T-Shirt, and a PRIDE-themed award medal, and they will be entered to win a unique PRIDE painting that will be painted LIVE on-site during our event by artist Brandon Bray of Wetumka! You don't have to be a registered participant to come to the event. 

This event is OUTDOORS so please bring sunscreen! There will be free water and air conditioning available inside the Student Union. There is also a Juneteenth exhibit in the Kelley Haney Center we encourage you all to check out while you're on campus!

Our Luncheon will start at noon with a panel of three guest speakers who will talk about inclusive and safe spaces, and how we can be better allies. There will be a Q&A that will follow, then

lunch will be served at 12:30 in the Student Union, and it is PAY WHAT YOU WANT (minimum of $1). 

All participants MUST AGREE to the Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement provided in the sigh up form and on-site during the event.
